My granddaughter is Down syndrome and is 2 years old. She pulls hair and bites. We do not know how to get her to stop. She is starting to understand what "no" means, but does things anyway. A lot of the time it is for a reaction. She also pulls her own hair out and puts it in her mouth. Any suggestions how to get her to stop? We have to watch her so close around other children and even adults, because she goes right for the hair.
