It looks like you had two antivirus products present in your system - one called Avast and one by McAfee. You shouldn't ever have 2 antivirus programs on a single computer, which could have been the cause for any recent slowdown experienced. The renewal notification most likely came from the Avast software as is prompts for a [free] renewal every year. So I removed both Mcafee and Avast and downloaded a better anitivirus product called AVG - which I've been recommending to all my clients since the past year. Let me know if you have any further notifications, errors, or slowdown problems.
