    Good Morning Jason,

"Safely Remove USB Mass Storage Device-Drive ( F:)"

When I turned on the computer this morning I got a pop from the tool bar saying safely remove Photo Smart C5200 series (DOT 4USB)

    Don't know what to do.

the following message, "Safely Remove USB Mass Storage Device-Drive" probably came up as a result of a USB cable that got disconnected. You apparently have a drive letter F: that acts as a "storage device". In your case it sounds like this storage device F: corresponds to a memory card slot on your Photo Smart C5200 series - and is why you got the popup message about your printer too.

the easiest thing to do is check that all your printer connections are securely plugged it, the USB cable and the power cable, and then restart the computer. if you still have those popup messages come up about your USB, let me know.
